Military Family Transition/ Parent Coaching

Guiding Military Families and Children Through Change with Compassion

  • I work with military families who are navigating the challenges of transition — whether it’s a new duty station, a deployment, or the process of readjusting to civilian life. As both a military spouse and a parent, I understand firsthand the stress and uncertainty these changes can bring. That’s why I provide coaching and support to help families build resilience, create routines that work for them, and find a sense of stability during times of change.

In addition to working with military families, I support parents who are facing educational or developmental challenges. With a Master’s degree in Special Education and years of experience in childcare and after-school programs, I offer practical tools and guidance to help families strengthen communication, improve coping skills, and thrive in their day-to-day lives.

My coaching approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each family’s unique needs. I walk alongside families as they adjust to new environments and help them rediscover their strengths so they can feel more connected, confident, and prepared for the road ahead.

    • Military Family Transitions – Coaching and support for families navigating relocations, deployments, reintegration, and the challenges of building new routines and support systems.

    • Parent Coaching – Practical strategies to strengthen parenting skills, improve communication, and foster resilience at home.

  • I bring experience and compassion to my work with children and families. For more than six years, I have worked in after-school programs, supporting students in building social, emotional, and academic skills in a safe and engaging environment. I also has extensive experience in early childhood care, having worked with children as young as six months through age five in a licensed child care center. I currently presides as the Director of the Teen Center for the Supreme Allied Headquarters Europe (S.H.A.P.E.).

With a Master’s degree in Special Education, I am deeply knowledgeable about child development, learning differences, and the strategies that help families navigate both school and life transitions successfully. My training allows me to adapt care and support to meet each child’s unique needs, ensuring that every family I work work with feels understood and supported.

As a military spouse, I personally experienced the challenges of frequent relocations, deployments, and raising three children while moving across multiple duty stations. This lived experience gives me a unique ability to connect with and support military families as they face the stressors of transition. I understand the resilience required and the importance of creating stability and connection during times of change.

I am dedicated to helping children and families — especially those connected to the military — build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and find a sense of belonging no matter where life takes them. My passion lies in walking alongside families during transition and empowering them with tools to thrive.
