We offer services both online and in-person. Our main office is located in Roseville, CA. With satellite offices in Myrtle Beach, SC and Mons, Belgium.

Online therapy (also called teletherapy) works just like in-person therapy, but it takes place through a secure video platform—so you can attend sessions from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you have privacy and internet access.
Before your first session, you’ll receive a private link via email. At your scheduled time, just click the link and you'll be connected to your therapist in a secure, HIPAA-compliant video chat. Sessions are confidential, personalized, and just as effective as in-person care.
Whether you're a busy parent, a military family on the move, or simply prefer the convenience of meeting virtually, online therapy makes it easier to get the support you need—on your terms.

Our fees are dependent on the service you are wanting. Therapy sessions start at $120+. Coaching is a case-by-case basis.

Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you (or your child) to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and what support might look like moving forward. It's a chance for you to ask questions, share at your own pace, and start building a connection with your therapist.
There’s no pressure to dive into everything at once—this is a gentle starting point where we begin to understand your goals and needs. By the end of the session, we’ll outline some next steps and talk about how we can best support you.
-
Child therapy is not meant to be a life long journey. A lot of the therapy is based on skill building. Most clients should start to seeing changes within the first 4-6 sessions.
-
A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document that shows the expected costs of your therapy services. It’s part of a federal law designed to protect clients from surprise billing, and it helps you understand what you might pay—even if you're not using insurance.
You'll receive a GFE before your first session or upon request. It outlines the type of services you’ll receive, the estimated frequency of sessions, and the projected total cost over time. While therapy needs can shift, this estimate gives you a transparent starting point so you can make informed decisions about your care.
